Hey everyone! 👋 We’re Pierre and Etienne, the co-founders of Inrō. Before starting Inrō, we spent over six years working together in e-commerce and marketing, driven by a shared passion for bringing premium brand experiences into the digital world. Along the way, we noticed that traditional direct marketing channels, like email and SMS, were losing their edge. With declining open rates and limited engagement, they were increasingly seen as spammy rather than valuable. Meanwhile, social media continues to thrive, especially Instagram, offering brands an opportunity to build more authentic, meaningful connections with their customers. Yet, traditional automations and even AI-chatbot often feel robotic and fail to recreate the natural, personal interactions that make these channels so powerful. That’s why we set out to build an AI agent that replicates the way people naturally communicate on Instagram, while qualifying leads and driving sales on autopilot. Having worked in the agency world ourselves, we also understood the challenges of managing multiple accounts at scale. We knew there had to be a better way to streamline workflows without sacrificing the quality of customer interactions. And that’s how the idea for Inrō was born! 🚀
