A: This appsumo deal is an entry level plan with certain limits. The one on the website is for MSPs and organizations looking to resale InsecureWeb to a much higher number of organizations.
This appsumo plan is intended to provide you and some of your clients with a decent amount of protection, but it has a limit in terms of how many entities you can monitor regardless of how many codes you buy.
The plans in our website are designed for organizations that wish to go beyond those limits or MPSs with a larger number of clients. They can buy credits in bulk also for a deep discount.
Q: Free Plan?
I just brought the Plan 3, and redeemed the 3 codes, but it shows that i'm on a free plan. Am I missing something? or should I do anything further?
A: It could mean your AppSumo code was never applied or you refund them. All Appsumo codes are being honored and credits are being given to account holders.
What if the license key was redeemed properly and it was not refunded and still active in the InsecureWeb platform? On the payment/billing page it says the monthly renewal is active but the credits don’t renew at all every month.
Yes, the support said they’re still actively working on my ticket. It’s been 2 months without renewal. Wondering if there’s a bug in your system that could explain why it’s not renewing. The LTD is still active and the dates showing on the Insecure Web platform billing page redeemed coupon are not accurate either. It shows next renewal is on 01/02/25 which already passed.

The appsumo code should be activated, the way to tell is by going to your billing details and scrolling all the way to the end.

That would be extremely unlikely. Credit renewal happens at once for all AppSumo customers +1000 currently.
This is not something we are doing manually. If the process was failing we would have complaints everywhere.
