Hard to say. On the one hand, it’s a platform with a lot of potential and a pretty nice UI/UX. On the other hand, something seems off with the communication from the team. It’s been a week since I made the purchase, and my company still hasn’t been approved, even though I provided all the information requested in the form. I offered to help if anything was unclear, but I haven’t received any response (I also CC’d Rick on the email).

I don’t know how big the team is, but verifying whether a company actually exists takes just a few seconds. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the full functionality until this is sorted out.

As a new user of InsecureWeb, I’m genuinely impressed by how polished and effective the platform is. Getting started was straightforward, and within minutes I was able to see valuable insights that clearly demonstrated the system’s power and depth. The dashboard is clean, easy to navigate, and presents complex security data in a way that’s actually actionable.

What truly stood out, though, was the support from the InsecureWeb team. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help, making the onboarding experience smooth and reassuring. It’s rare to find a security tool that combines strong technical capabilities with such attentive customer support.

Even at this early stage, InsecureWeb has already proven its value, and I feel confident continuing to use it as part of my security strategy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and well-supported dark web monitoring solution.

I want to start by saying that I’m extremely impressed with how Insecure Web handled my situation. Their support was professional, understanding, and they even issued me a refund, which says a lot about their way of working and overall professionalism.

I was initially very excited about this tool. In addition to purchasing the AppSumo codes, I also connected my credit card. I added 5 domains and didn’t realize how quickly my credits would be consumed. After a few weeks, I logged in and noticed that several payments had been charged to my credit card. To be safe, I removed the card, and that immediately triggered an invoice of over $180.

At first, I was frustrated and reached out to Insecure Web Support for clarification. They explained that this wasn’t a system error but understood that the situation could easily be confusing for new users. Because of that, they decided to refund the charges, something I genuinely appreciate.

Their response completely turned my experience around, and I want to highlight that their customer service is not only helpful, but truly fair and customer-focused. That alone gives me a lot of confidence in the company.

This is hands down the best Ltd on here. I’ve used it for years. If you don’t have this tool you are truly missing out on one of the best security tools. This is a very advanced tool for serious security professionals. If you care about your data and want to check breaches - you should have this tool. Period.

Customer Services takes too long to get a reply. Seriously. Days later. What if I happed to be a company in dire straits? Also, I get the impression that they don't care if you are trying to build and agency...that will help keep them in business. That they are put off by your questions. No issues with the software so far. Sad, to fail because of Customer Service. But that's why Amazon excelled and Walmart has fallen back. Sometimes, you just want to be pointed in the correct direction the FIRST time. So, I am givng them 3 stars.
