1. So these 3000 credits will renew every year or once I consume it I need to pay $ 99 to your directly to get another 3000 credits which can be used to monitor 3 domains.
2. So basically what is the workflow, do I need to log into dark web, which I don't want or just log into your tool. Also what is the purpose, whether any 10 phone numbers, 10 personal emails, 10 user names and 10 IPs are present on dark web or not. I don't understand logic behind 10 IPs, what will be use of IPs?
3. What kind of output will I see, that such and such information is present to view in dark web and will this be displayed inside your platform. Then what will be further action, am I suppose to contact owner of that dark web site to remove information or what?
4. Where are you based, team size and years in business? What is the tech stack behind this platform?

1. These 3000 credits do not renew. Once they are consumed you can purchase another one from Appsumo or switch to our pay-as-you-go plan. Even if you run out of credits, you will not lose access to the platform and will be able to access all reports and dashboards.
2. You do not need to log into the DarkWeb :). By using Insecureweb you will be able to monitor the dark web without ever having to visit it.
The logic behind it is to define the data you want to protect and have Insecureweb scan the dark web and alert you if something is found. Let's say you want to protect appsumo.com. Insecureweb will let you know as soon as employee data such as (email) and (passwords) are found so you can take action and have your employees change it ASAP. Another common example is a disclosure of vulnerabilities in one of your firewalls or websites (IP).
3. The output has been standardized as easy-to-read lists that can be visualized in dashboards or downloaded as CSV files for reporting. When insecureweb alerts of something like a vulnerability in an IP or a breached password the best course of action should be to change the password and mitigate the vulnerability. You can always try to contact the dark website and request the removal of information but they might not listen to you and the information might already be in many other places.

How is it different from penetration and other types of infrastructure related testing especially for shared hosting providers. The IP monitoring feature is actually one of the components of a penetration test. Many ethical hackers and pentesters have included dark web scans as part of their checks. They do this to see if anyone in the DarkWeb has put a bounty on you or a vulnerability has been disclosed. Shared hosting is a little bit tricky since many websites share the same IP. Therefore, the IP monitoring features might not be very useful in this scenario. However, you can still monitor their domain, user names, personal emails, and phone numbers.
One last question, if 1 credit= 1 USD, then shouldn't original price be $ 300, and you are giving it at discount for $ 99.
I think you should change original price to $ 300 instead of $ 3000.
Well, the actual price is 3000, not 300. Let me explain it better by itemizing.
This is the regular pricing:
Monitoring one domain has a monthly regular cost of 39.90
Monitoring one element (IP, phone or personal email) has a regular cost of 6.00 $ /month
With this deal you can monitor 3 domains = 39.90 x 3 = 119.7 / month
And also 20 elements (IP, phone or personal email) = 20 elements * 6 $/month = 120
That makes a total of 239/month x 12 (months in a year) = 2868 USD. The final math used to be 3000 but we recently lowered our regular prices so it is a little bit down now.
