I want to start by saying that I’m extremely impressed with how Insecure Web handled my situation. Their support was professional, understanding, and they even issued me a refund, which says a lot about their way of working and overall professionalism.

I was initially very excited about this tool. In addition to purchasing the AppSumo codes, I also connected my credit card. I added 5 domains and didn’t realize how quickly my credits would be consumed. After a few weeks, I logged in and noticed that several payments had been charged to my credit card. To be safe, I removed the card, and that immediately triggered an invoice of over $180.

At first, I was frustrated and reached out to Insecure Web Support for clarification. They explained that this wasn’t a system error but understood that the situation could easily be confusing for new users. Because of that, they decided to refund the charges, something I genuinely appreciate.

Their response completely turned my experience around, and I want to highlight that their customer service is not only helpful, but truly fair and customer-focused. That alone gives me a lot of confidence in the company.

This is hands down the best Ltd on here. I’ve used it for years. If you don’t have this tool you are truly missing out on one of the best security tools. This is a very advanced tool for serious security professionals. If you care about your data and want to check breaches - you should have this tool. Period.

Customer Services takes too long to get a reply. Seriously. Days later. What if I happed to be a company in dire straits? Also, I get the impression that they don't care if you are trying to build and agency...that will help keep them in business. That they are put off by your questions. No issues with the software so far. Sad, to fail because of Customer Service. But that's why Amazon excelled and Walmart has fallen back. Sometimes, you just want to be pointed in the correct direction the FIRST time. So, I am givng them 3 stars.

Insecure Web is simple to use and easy to setup, providing the convenience of monitoring the deep web along with several analysis features. Very satisfied with the purchase.
