I’m considering upgrading my plan to Tier 5 and have a couple of quick questions:

1. How does the webhook integration work with InsertChat, and are there any limitations?
If I choose to use Zapier as an alternative, how would that impact speed, functionality, or real-time performance compared to direct webhooks?

2. Tier 4 has 40 chatbots and Tier 5 has 60 chatbots.
If I need more, can I pay to add additional bots and continue selling them under my brand? What are the costs and steps involved?
