Q: Why do you require payment for the Auto Refresh Training function for existing user?
I noticed that you have started charging for Auto Refresh Training. That's the ONLY reason I bought your app. Now you ask for more money for it? I believe you need to learn how to honor the Appsumo deal.
Now, I have to click hundreds of times to retrain everything because you suddenly turned that function off. I have lost track of which document was updated. This really shakes my confidence in using this app anymore because I don’t know what will happen even after one year or later.
districtrajPLUSThis deal is a nightmare. No support. You can't even pay for refresh because their stripe is incorrectly setup. When they messed up I added my BYOK but I don't know if its being used or not. I am generally stuck at 36k credits - with claude 3.5 consuming 45 credits, plus all functionality = credits. If that is true, this bot can answer 800 queries a month....severe limits for any site with traffic
