We purchased Tier5 because we believe the product has a lot of potential. However, we've encountered several issues. There were red error messages during login, and when trying to access the whitelabel page, we were met with code errors. Customer support is only available through Discord, which becomes a problem if you can't log in, as there's no alternative support like email.

While the software seems to have a solid foundation, I feel the company is limiting its potential by focusing primarily on feedback from highly technical users. As a result, Insertchat feels overly complicated and not user-friendly for non-tech-savvy users, even though it could be a great tool for entrepreneurs and project creators.

Update; we tried varies ways to contact support since our account is still giving a lot of errors and the author replies here on appsumo but isn’t providing any support. A lot of similar unresolved issues on their discord support channel. We are seriously considering a refund.
