I'm fine with this being a 1-year deal as I understand the need to make the service sustaining. What I don't appreciate is all the limitations imposed in the system. If you have a basic knowledge of Excel, you can re-create the charts easily. Anything interesting and new that Insia provides, you cannot do because you have to upgrade. On this basis, it does not offer that much value to me because I can do everything in Excel. The speed benefit of the analysis does not provide enough value to justify keeping this. You still have to tinker with your data to get meaningful output, which you would do with anyway in Excel. If I can get a refund, I would. Unfortunately, I can't because I didn't need to use it till now and it's too late.
