I mainly purchased this because the deal clearly states that it included "SMS opt-ins" and "Email and phone attributes", but when I contacted customer support to figure out how to use either, Olga told me the following: "You can not collect phone numbers or leads using InstaChamp, this is possible only for MobileMonkey users."
If it's only available to MobileMonkey customers, why does it state that it's included in our deal? MobileMonkey doesn't come with our deal (I'd buy it if it was available, but it isn't).
So far, the keyword automation and the story mentions automation appear to be working fine - but it'd be a full 5 tacos if they included all the features that they claim to offer. I'd love to collect email addresses (even better if I can integrate that with my Sendfox mailing list straight away - to move people into an automation) and being able to collect phone numbers to send a text message campaign would be truly amazing.
