Q: Italy and Shopify integration
Hi!
For Italy how will the toll number work? How many SMS per tier will we have?
About shopify integration, is it included in the LTD? How will it sync? For Privacy many clients don't want to be informed via SMS, will it exclude those who opted out based on their shopify preferences and keep it 2way synced?
Can we use with Calendly too? If not directly via pabbly's automation?
Thanks!

Nov 20, 2024A: Hi! 👋
Here’s the updated info:
Italy: No TFN needed! You can send messages using your brand name (up to 11 alphanumeric characters).
Shopify Integration: Yes, included in the LTD! It syncs Shopify data into Instasent but doesn’t write data back to Shopify.
Calendly & Pabbly: No integration yet, but both are on our roadmap.
Activepieces: Integration is launching soon! 🚀
Let me know if you have more questions! 😊
Best,
Oscar
Thanks Oscar, i was checking the site and it seems that Intercom is not accepting messages. Also in the demo it seems only English and Spanish are languages supported, how about others (in my case Italian). About shopify integration, sorry if i ask more, what does it sync? Cause people will accept or not SMS marketing, and we can or can't send based on such important settings.
Hi Digitalfastmind! 👋
For Italy, there's no need for a Toll-Free Number. You can send messages using your brand name as the sender ID (up to 11 alphanumeric characters). This is perfect for maintaining a professional and recognizable identity in your campaigns! 🇮🇹✨
Shopify integration is included in the Lifetime Deal (LTD). It allows you to sync Shopify customer data into Instasent for streamlined SMS campaigns.
Instasent supports English and Spanish in the demo interface, but you can send messages in any language, including Italian. Just make sure to set your campaign content in the desired language, and you’re good to go.
While we don’t have a direct integration with Calendly just yet (but it’s on our roadmap! 🚀), you can still connect it with Instasent using tools like Make, Google Sheets, or Zapier. These platforms let you set up automations to trigger SMS notifications based on events in Calendly or other apps.
