Q: Hello, 1.

I use Divi to create WordPress sites and also have some other cloud based builders + hosting (example is brizy.io). So can I use CName or something like subdomain xyz.interacty.com or can I embed a URL on web page or behind button like "Play games to get discounts?" What is possible?

2. I also use Woo commerce in case of WordPress sites or inbuilt ecommerce systems as offered by cloud solutions like brizy.io, so how will coupons work. Means do I need to first generate coupon in Woo commerce/WordPress and then use that coupon inside interacty and then ask customers to use coupon while purchase. Please clear me the workflow.

3. Can I ask users to signup or at least live email address and other details before playing games, is there a way to export this data in CSV/Excel format, so that I can import it in SendFox and MailPoet, my email sending software or Suite dash CRM (for segmentation and follow up purposes). I don't use mail chimp.

4. Is there a single sign on, so that users who are already subscribers of my site can play games without creating an additional login? May be you can add social login if single sign on is too difficult.

5. How will I use it on blog, a subscriber is ready blog, so will I ask them to sign in again to play games, it may be bad UX decision, will you offer Widget or some kind of frame where I can just embed it?

6. Can I create my own games specific to my sector (like Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals , Coaching etc.) and keep my data private so that it is displayed only on my website, what kind of customization is allowed?

7. What do you mean by white labeling, can I use it with unlimited domain (if I buy tier 4). Similarly I want to understand "meaning of 5000 leads from contact", is it like I can collect unlimited leads but view only 5000 in total, is it like one time view or how will it work. It seems there is no restrictions on collecting leads, restriction applies to viewing them.

8. Pages views are at account level or website level. What do you mean by Gamification since it is not included in tier 1, similarly what is custom project ID and advanced statistics.

9. Where are you based, team size, years in business and future direction of this product? Can I use it inside LMS? Can't you add industry relevant games and develop more theme categories?

1. Сname is one of the most popular requests. Now, when publishing a project, you can choose the end of the link (for example, https://interacty.me/projects/MYGAME), but the most common use case is to embed on your site using embed code.

2. Do you have a vision for the "ideal process"? How could it look like? It would be interesting for us to better understand this workflow.

3. Yes! You can request a name, email address, or even show a lead form before starting the game. You can download the results in CSV format. The only limitation now is that the lead form in the game is not related to the leaderboard, but this refinement is already in progress and soon everything will be as smooth as possible here.

4. At the moment, login is not required for games.

5. You can embed your projects with embed code. In this case, the game or quiz will be the native part of the blog.

6. You can no doubt create games on any subject. As for privacy, could you clarify exactly what aspect you mean?

7. White label means there is no Interacty logo (like "powered by"). As for leads, you're right, the restriction applies to viewing leads. The number of leads per month is indicated, that is, the counter is reset to zero next month.

8. Page views count at the account level.
Gamification is the ability to connect the leaderboard to games and some other options, such as access to the game by code or displaying stars as a result. As for extended statistics, at the moment it is geography, but we plan to expand this section.

Yes, you can embed projects into your LMS using the embed code. It is issued upon publication. As far as templates and new sections are concerned, this is what we try to do all the time. Thanks for your response.

1. I see content selling (beta feature) and API in your website, are you giving us these things, I want to understand any future restrictions in terms of features, support and updates. I fail to understand which scenarios may require API, can you give example to clarify this?

Even this appsumo plan is not clearly listed on your site.

2. I think coupons which are won through games must work in woocommerce, brizy.io, chart art and others. May be best way is one should generate coupons in WordPress and then export them to interacty which in turn should show counter to gamer that now so many coupons are left to create urgency (marketing psychology).

3. By privacy I meant let's say I design a game for oil and gas client to help them with dynamic pricing, so only my website customers should see it, similarly my leads data (website visitors) data should be safe. Will this be possible, please write few lines on "allowed customizations"

4. So you mean to say , if I buy tier 3, this 30,000 contacts will be renewed monthly. Also I pressume 20,0000 page views limit is at account level ( means aggregate limit for all websites). Is this understanding correct?

3 Hm.. If Ii git the case correctly, it looks like you need site authentication or dynamic embedding via GTag. Interacty just supports "Privacy" meaning that all users will be able to see a game but only those who have a password/PIN code may start it.

4. Yes, you are right

6. You can activate standalone lead form or leadform in games/quizzes displayed before result screen. Interacty has a free trial you can test them for free.
