We don't handle the payment process directly on the AppSumo site, so we don't know the exact refund mechanism. However, it should be done by going to "Products" under your "Profile". If you can't do this, please contact AppSumo support at support@appsumo.com, and they should be able to help you.

You probably can‘t: you would have to manage to go to „Products“ under your „Profile“ and select „Refund“.
