To answer this question, you need to define what exactly you mean by "client".
If clients are users who will open your projects and play games, then the number of page views (=opening a link to your project) is 200,000 page views per month.
If you consider clients to be people you invite to work together in the workspace - Tier 3 has 30 team member slots.
