However, I two major reasons have discouraged me from buying more codes:
1. It's missing foreign language features
2. I'm surprised that your WorkMap ruled out "creative/design jobs" and "editing/translation" related functions (http://support.interviewer.ai/article/workmap-skill). These are one of the major job skills, but they are not listed under the "Job function" - the first mandatory step to create a job description.
I strongly suggest that you add these missing job functions, or maybe at least you can kindly consider adding a custom field "Other job functions" under the "Job function" to let users fill out the missing job functions? Thank you for your consideration.
Firstly, let me assure you that WorkMap assessment is not mandatory. While creating the job you can skip it to General and still create an interview.
You have a great suggestion and its something we are working on for our clients to pick specific skills that they would like to evaluate. Like the custom choice, however its work in progress and we will update you once released.
Would suggest stock your codes while you can. Thank you so much.
Best, Manoj
Q: I understand you support only 4 languages.
But is there a way for me to translate the transactional emails sent to my applicants? I'm hiring in Turkey and some posts will not need to know English. I can write my own questions in Turkish yet, but all the transactional email flow is English, which means I cannot interview anyone that does not know English. Is there a way around this?
Yes, you can edit the invitation emails to your choice of language. That is possible, also you can type the question in any language too. The AI score has 4 metrics Professionalism, Sociability, Communication and Energy level. Communication is the only element that will be effected if someone speaks in any other language. Rest will still work for you.
Thank you. Best, Manoj
Q: Would the CV or letter of motivation prescreen based on specific predefined keywords so as to prequalify to ...
the additional step of video screening? this would be an important element to avoid low quality or inappropriate applications.
CNAME has to be included for 4 codes up with the whitelable. THks
The CV prescreening is based on the job description. It evaluates the experience, skills, education mentioned in the CV. It provides an overall score too. Resume scoring doesn't evaluate against the video or candidate's response.
Also, Cname or Whitelable feature is not available in our platform.
Thank you. Best, Manoj
Q: 1.
Do you have pre-created assessments in the product like testgorilla? 2. We are working on hiring developers and will love to send them something out of the box as the step 1 in the hiring process. 3. Also, is PHP included in this?
1. We do have prescreening assessments but these are more inclined towards soft skills and not hard skills for technical evaluation; 2. Our platform is a Video prescreening tool, so you do have an option of customising the questions to meet your requirements in this case. However, when you say out of the box I think I can relate to your need but afraid its not a part of our offerings; 3. PHP is not included in our platform.
Thank you. Best, Manoj
Q: sorry if this question was already answered but I don't see it.
My usage for this (as would just everything) would primarily agency level. So scenario for me would be for clients who have current openings. So I would setup jobs and charge clients setup and monthly fees to run this as well as job postings and ads on various sites linking to this. So I setup Client A for three months for 3 job openings. She collects a total of say, 97 applicants. Now I have Client B and Client C who between them max out my allotment of Jobs. Client A's 3 jobs are no longer live. The question is: What happens to those jobs and candidates for Client A? When she comes back to me in 2 months because one of the hires she made left and now she has to fill one of those jobs again, and wants to review her 97 former applicants?
Thats a brilliant use case. Yes, we do have clients who use it for multiple clients. Now in your scenario when A has filled the position you can archive their positions. So you can refresh 3 jobs that can be added for B and or C. Also, if A would like to revisit the candidates you can activate the archived job by simply changing the expiry date to a current or future date. Simple steps for clients to manage their requirements.
However, please do not we currently do not allow multiple domain login. So I am assuming here you would share candidates from your login with the prospective clients. Feel free to reach me at hello@interviewer.ai for additional information.
It looks like a very promising product but I definitely could not use it then under those restrictions. I'm also still not clear what happens to the previous candidates. Can the employer only see the previous candidates if their job is reopened?
