We have data from our own research that shows WhatsApp is significantly more effective for reminders as each message contains all the necessary information about the meeting. Our system is set up to send WhatsApp messages by default if the recipient has it installed. If not, we will send an SMS message.
Regarding your question about SMS messaging, we would like to clarify that SMS messages will be sent from our number, not yours. Also, WhatsApp messages will be sent from our number.
At this time, we are unable to offer customization of the text for WhatsApp messages as each template must be pre-approved by WhatsApp. We are also unable to offer customization of SMS messages. However, we can offer settings for when to send messages and when not to: the client receives messages for cases such as new bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, 1-hour reminders, and 1-day reminders. And it is possible to set up webhooks for all events and configure notifications through a third-party service.

A: Unfortunately, we are not able to provide unlimited WhatsApp messages as we pay Facebook for each message sent, which limits us from providing such a service. However, we do offer the option for users to purchase additional message credits, as needed.
Regarding the number of users, we understand your needs and would like to know how many users you are thinking about. This way we can check and make sure what's best for you.

A: Hi, yes Intro supports one time events. When creating your event schedule you can set recurrent appointment slots like every Monday on 10:00 or one time appointment slot on selected date and time and that's exactly what you need if i got your question right.

After each booking you and your client will receive invites to meeting or urls to connect them in email/whatsapp notification and in your google calendar event. You can also see all created meetings and manage them in your schedule page on Intro.
A: All our AppSumo customers will always have all current and future features available to them. Right now it means regular Tier 2 plan equivalent, but if in future we'll release any feature not available in regular Tier 2 plan all AppSumo customers will have access to it free of charge.
