It's getting there...
I frequently get on phone calls, webinars, video meetings, etc., and this software works good for webinars and video meetings.
However, I have had quite a bit of trouble with phone calls, particularly VoIP calls. On nearly every call, the person on the other end says that I break up quite a bit and it's difficult to make out what I'm saying.
I do not have that issue on webinars and video calls, so I'm not sure what the issue is but it's a little annoying. Hopefully they get that resolved soon.

We're happy to hear that IRIS Clarity is working well on webinars and video meetings! As for phone calls and VoIP, we're aware that it's not quite yet up to par, and in fact, our next release will feature a new and improved model that addresses this very issue. We hope you'll give it a whirl when it comes out and that it will meet your standards! š
