Thanks for your detailed review — every piece of feedback counts and we appreciate your time. To address some of your points:

- Setting IRIS Clarity as your default mic is in our roadmap and will be released in an upcoming version, we agree this would make usability even simpler. Right now, we do require users to select IRIS Clarity the first time they use a particular video or VoIP app, but then it retains those settings for future use.
- In our testing, our average CPU usage was leaner than other similar apps and with far superior latency of <30ms (imperceptible to the human ear / brain), happy to dig into your set up if that's helpful via our support team.
- In terms of noise cancellation and speech performance; we've run multiple comparison tests using the PESQ (Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality) scale, and generally outperform the competition on noises such as construction, café/office babble, babies crying, keyboard typing, wind/water, and more. This is all very use case dependant of course.

Appreciate that in your use case, you have an existing set up that works - but as you suggest in your review, we are absolutely dedicated to the continuous optimizing of the product on all aspects mentioned above to deliver a product that works effectively for the vast majority of use cases.
