AnaGQ: Can you share more about the chat feature?
I currently use fathom and after every meeting I can use the ASKFATHOM feature to answer questions specifically about that one particular meeting. Is this what the chat function in tier 5 is? Also want to know if you plan on having similar features to Fathom Ai. Some of the features I love on fathom are that 1) I can switch between different types of summaries after the recording has been created 2) it allows me to click and get a pre-written email to send with the to-dos and a well written message that goes with the town and style of the meeting and 3) I can create specific clips of moments in the call and download those clips to send as is. Looking forward to learning more about this I’m intrigued by the multi language option as I anticipate more Spanish meetings towards the end of the year. Thanks for taking the time to read & respond

Apr 20, 2025A: 1. Yes, that’s exactly the chat feature. You can also ask questions about the meetinh and receive responses via slack
2. You can use Custom Templates to personlize your reports and you can also add custom sections to the report after the meeting is done.
3. We don’t have the email meeting feature currently. But that is cool, we can add it.
4. We are working in the Clips feature, it’s on our roadmap
Thanks for your prompt response, so that being said the chat feature is ONLY available if we get tier 5 or is it available but not unlimited in the other tiers?
