Feel like the tiers are not right

I see you updated it to include the webhooks in the lower tiers which was a good move but still feel the tiers are off. Not everyone needs a lot of license so to have to pay for all those people to get custom prompts just don’t make sense for alot of people. You should drop it to like tier 3 which I bet you would get a lot more small teams to buy it. This is great for sales teams but generally we are like 3\u002D5 and need the custom prompts which is the size of companies on appsumo so your just off on your tier structure. We like the tool so hope you can adjust it to make sense for most teams. Thanks

I totally agree, your tiers don‘t match your target group. Please include custom prompts and chat in all tiers and you will see massive increase in sales (and therefore reviews). In the end, that´s what you‘re here for \u003B)

Thanks. I think it will do really good if so because it’s a good product even if it doesn’t look the most modern it’s functional which is really what matters but it feels like it’s missing a key component when using it which is the templates. Hope to see you prosper !

I made a similar statement in my Q. I really want custom templates, but I don't need 10 licenses. I get that chat and custom templates probably affect AI usage costs, but in my mind, if I have less users, that cost should also be less.
Yusef, I noticed in other responses you said you were looking to add white labeling to tier 5. That makes sense as a top tier differentiator.
