Q: How long will it take to fix the latest glitch? Keep up the good work.
Jamy had downgraded my account to the starter level at 300min per month. Jamy fixed the glitch and honored the Appsumo lifetime purchase with unlimited storage and meetings. But now Jamy won't generate reports or topics. Jamy does give a transcript. But no actionable reports are produced.
I first submitted the problem on or before Jan 13th '26. The problem still is not fixed. I'm even scared to upgrade Jamy since support takes so long to fix a glitch.
How long will it take to fix this latest glitch which other Sumo-lings may be experiencing, as well?
