Q: Jamy has downgraded my account to 300min entry level - any suggestions?

error message: "You've used all 300 minutes of transcription provided in your monthly Starter plan.
Upgrade to Pro." How can I find your support email? I tried online chat with support (a good feature to have) but was unable to connect.

I have the same issue. Jamy downgraded my account to the Starter, which is free.

That's right. The 300min entry level is the Starter level.

The other worrysome issue is that Storage Data Retention is only for 30 days for the Starter level. So all the work I've done will be erased.

Jamy support team has upgraded my account back to honor the AppSumo deal I purchased. Plus various updates were added to Jamy. Always good to see a company stand behind their product and deals.
