My Jamy is no longer joining my Teams meetings. It works perfectly for Google Meets. I'm not sure where to go to log this issue.

Dec 10, 2025A: Hello. The calendar connection that enables Jamy to join automatically is not working at the moment. But you can add Jamy to your Teams meetings by scheduling a meeting from the Calendar tab or by using our Chrome Extension

Thanks for this. How do I do this if the teams meeting is initiated from Outlook? What's the Calendar tab that you mentioned? How do I use Chrome Extension in the native windows desktop Teams app?
Go to app.jamy.ai and click on Calendar in the left hand menu. There is a button that says “Schedule Meeting”. Add your meeting details and Jamy will join
