Hi there, I’m a bit confused and hoping you can help clarify. In the AppSumo video, it mentions that phone calling is included, and your tier details list "Unlimited concurrent calls." However, I’ve seen some comments suggesting that phone calling isn't actually included. On your paid plans, it looks like unlimited minutes are included—so I just want to make sure I understand correctly. Would it be better to go with this AppSumo deal, or would the monthly plan be a better option in the long run?

You may want to consider updating the terminology in your tier descriptions. It currently says, “Unlimited concurrent calls,” which is a bit misleading—perhaps changing it to “Unlimited concurrent meetings” would be clearer. Also, the AppSumo video specifically mentions that phone calling is included and visually shows it as well, which adds to the confusion and how I thought it was included.

Also, based on your responses in prior WebRTC questions, it seems like WebRTC calling is included—so now I’m even more confused, haha. I just want to make sure others aren’t as confused as I am about this, since it really does seem like an amazing platform.
I totally understand the need to cover costs using Twilio. Maybe something to consider for the future would allowing to add our own VOIP.
