Hi there, LOVE this and have been looking for something lifetime vs monthly.
1. I have a lot of therapists (solo practices) as clients and they need this tool badly. I have so many that would buy it if it had custom templates included in the lowest tier.
2. Is it HIPAA compliant?
3. Or, could I buy a higher tier and have my clients use it as users but not see each others items/things? Or is it all one account? I'd really need it whitelabeled or at least separated for this to work as an option.

Jun 1, 2025A: Yes, they could use it as users and not see each others content. Just make sure your invite them as USER users instead of OWNER users.

Thank you - I'm one step away from purchasing tier 5! :) There's lots of compliance listed, but do you do BAAs? It allows therapists to use it bc it confirms you are HIPAA compliant. If not, would you be willing to do one for my account? Or some other privacy protected confirmation to ensure it provides HIPAA compliance? It's easy and I can help, too. TY.
