There is no feature to reconnect calendars and the assistant is not joining meetings automatically. This was a basic necessity that we bought Jamy for. What is the timeline for this to be fixed by? API and webhooks don't work either
Jamy auto join meeting assistant works if we signup as new user from jamy website, but it doesn't work for Appsumo onboarded users. This is about cheating appsumo users by taking away the most basic feature and making it useless for appsumo users.
Jamy is not syncing with any of our Calendar (Google and Team). I saw that a few previous users reported this issue but didn't see anywhere that it was being addressed to fix it. Can I please have a response? Also, the support centre page is broken. https://helpcenter.jamy.ai/
My Jamy is no longer joining my Teams meetings. It works perfectly for Google Meets. I'm not sure where to go to log this issue.
Calendar connection to GCal used to pull meetings in, but it doesn’t work anymore and meeting require manual input into Jamy. I suspect it’s because the volume of AI tokens required to support a high volume of meetings. I would be happy to limit the amount of meetings I add Jamy to, but please get the automation to work again.
