UPDATED REVIEW:
I can see some improvements in Jamy user interface. But still the 'You found a premium feature' is still annoying.

One thing Jamy stands out is its transcription report. Compared to Meetgeek, Hedy, and Fireflies, I would say Jamy did way better especially for non-English language. Impressive.

My suggestion for Jamy team is to provide access to its premium features as an add-ons. I believe this will be a win-win situation. Few people will buy top tier which primarily focuses for multiple users.

As mentioned in other comments, the UI/UX need to be improved. The dashboard looks like a website created 10 years ago, clunky and outdated. It is so funny to see it at this modern age! I've seen better dashboard created by AI in one prompt.. but I guess the dev is focusing on the practical mechanics first before enhancing the UI. I had problems with the report generation, and Yusef was quick to respond and it was solved in less than 24 hours. However, it really shows that Jamy is operated by a minimum number of staff - having its prime feature to be offline without them noticing is worrying. However, the report generated was quite accurate even with non-english language and its ability to go directly to a certain part of the meeting and share it with participants on the list are some of its good features. Still, there were few instances where Jamy wrongly tagged a participant and assigned a unique task unrelated to the meeting.

Disappointed that some 'premium' features are locked only for Tier 5 particularly the custom meeting templates. As a startup, opening up the premium features for early backers for the lower tiers would have been a good strategy to gain more adopters. Majority of video meeting platforms have already planned for their own in-built AI transcription, so the competition will be extremely high for this niche. They have a long way to go to push Meetgeek and Fireflies aside. Fireflies ai offers more premium features on their free plan, with unlimited transcription! So, I really hope Jamy can improvise their strategies as we are still looking at what Jamy can offer better compared to what is already in the market. For it to be picked as an Appsumo Select, Jamy has got to do better.
