Q: Account turned to free

I have purchased the deal in 2021 and i have been using this since then. Suddenly my account has been downgraded to the free tier. When i contacted their support they told me that i do not have a paying account. What should i do to reistate my account to the Pro level as it used to be? Q: Just a question: Have appsumo users been removed from JIVO Chat?

It is very distressing. What is the experience of other appsumo customers?
If this is the case, buying apps in appsumo become extremely risky and unnecessary.
It is not about the money but the time spent learning new app, deploying and suddenly it is gone.
