Q: Hi some Q's.
Please can you explain what exactly your native chatbot roadmap feature means?
I really do not wish to sign up for another service for mostly basic chatbot features that could be implemented within this service so will Native Chatbots be a feature for appsumo users that allows us to build chatbots in Jivo as part of your service in July+?
Remove logo (I would like to be able to do this as it's just nice to have, option?)
Active Campaign/Klaviyo native integration or other options (how to sync data to active campaign or klaviyo?) - like add them to the list (not the below feature)
Woocommerce or Klaviyo sync possible to pull in data from past purchases etc?

Thank you for your questions.
1. Our bot will be able to answer questions, qualify leads and collect contact information when agents are offline. It will be priced as an add-on.
2. At the moment there’s no direct integration with Klaviyo and Active Campaign. For Active Campaign we can send data via Zapier, since they are also there, however the best way to integrate would be through API. Please check this help article: https://www.jivochat.com/help/api/api-crm.html
3. For now there is no way to gather old data from woocommerce or klaviyo

It will be priced as an add-on. We don't know the exact pricing yet. We'll send an email as soon as the product will be ready and when we'll have a price for it.
