Q: Subscription length has been shortened from lifetime to 10 years retroactively?

How and why? I see life time in my subscription. What makes you think it has been 10 years? Are we not hoping to pass on the jivo subscription to next generation of the family? I am sure Jivo as a company will last more than 100 years.

Is that not the case for you? Or anyone else?
Support say they will add 10 years each time it runs out, I trust Jivochat. Though needing to renew an LTD oxymoron set ups have always rug-pulled in my experience.
