I am LOVING this tool!!! I get all client comms into a single app. I can see and interact with people on my website in real time. It makes a sound when someone interacts to ensure I respond immediately. The only thing is that it keeps failing me as "an agent" because I don't proactively engage enough LOL!!!

Very generous limits, unlimited across unlimited with a cap on teammates. The branding is annoying to the same extent as seeing "powered by Intercom" annoys you when talking to company chat reps. It works exactly as how it should be with very minimal issues as the firm has been developing it for some time.
Satisfied with integrations but the vanilla aspects really surpass some of the other chat SaaS offers on here. Leaving this review in case they come back again with stacking opportunities!
The interface is clean and it's ux/ui is nice, really simple to use. It's the perfect solution for growing our business by helping us to convert more leads into customers.
What I like it most: + It has desktop and mobile app + Clean and simple to use interface + Unlimited websites + Customizable chat in 20 languages (including Spanish)
Downside is it doesn't connect to WhatsApp directly, but via Twilio or mfms (they're paid service, not free). Hope they can improve this part, since other apps like Boei, Rake or Re:plain (also Appsumo deals) do offer direct connection.
I have tried similar tools and used them before. If you are looking for a product like Jivochat, at least try it if you need it. Since it already has a lot of features and can easily be checked out, I would not list it here. They all work, so there is no need to list it.
It is good to see that the roadmap is still being improved with more features and integrations.
Though, I would like the widget on the website to be more customizable.
