I purchased Tier 4 of Jogg AI on AppSumo because it promised unlimited videos. This promise has not been honored. I specifically used AvatarLite lip-sync videos because they were advertised as unlimited. However, when I try to render videos, I only receive this error: “Consumer handle task timeout: Failed. Try Again.” Despite still having plenty of credits, I cannot actually use the product as advertised. This has wasted a huge amount of my time and is extremely discouraging as a customer. Jogg AI is not delivering what was clearly promised on the AppSumo deal page, and I hope AppSumo will address this issue to protect buyers from misleading offers.
I still have the Blue credits in the top right corner at 170 credits, BUT i cannot generate any more videos because it says in my "Weekly Motion Quota" that i have used 21 out of 35 credits and that my reset time is in 6 days. LOL I already used it up in 20 minutes of a new week LOL. Not sure why this is super limiting after investing a lot into the AppSumo Tiers.
We have seen that you have banned several AppSumo users from the Discord support channel. I have never seen a product ban people for providing feedback with issues on a product. What other ways will you listen to users without banning us?
I bought Tier 4, but I can't use half of my credits. I don't know where to contact Jogg AI. This is only what I receive on their website..."This is what I get: You've reached the weekly limit of 50 motion generations. Please try again next week."
