Q: Custom domain retargeting not working

What's the benefit of custom domain retargeting? Because once activated, the vCard opens on dashboard.joyqr.com and not on the custom domain I created.

We recently added vCard custom domain support last week, so now your vCard can open directly on your custom domain instead of dashboard.joyqr.com.
Additionally, we are working on improving vCard functionality, including support for profile photos, more custom fields, and enhanced customization options.

im Using custome domains, but once the vcard charge, appears dashboard.joyqr.com.
Yes, unfortunately, we had to roll back the custom domain support for vCards, as it was causing some unexpected issues. However, we’re actively working on bringing it back in a more stable and flexible way.
Our goal is to allow each Pro account to use up to 3 custom domains:
- One for QR Code scanning
- One for hosting vCards
- One for Bio Pages
I’ll make sure to keep you updated.
