Q: I like the UI.
Very clean and simple. Couple questions:
1. Do the QR codes have the ability to save info to a person's contacts when scanned? Like for QR codes on vcards, bios and business cards?
2. Do you plan on offering an unlimited plan or do we just need to stack codes?
3. I see custom domains as a feature, are there any limits as to how many?
4. Is it possible to fully white label so we can offer this as a service to our clients?
Thank you!

May 14, 2024A: Thank you for your interest and the kind words about our UI! We're glad you find it clean and simple. Here are the answers to your questions:
1. QR Codes and Contact Info: Yes, our platform includes a QR Code VCard option that allows you to create QR codes specifically for vcards, bios, and business cards. When scanned, these QR codes can save information directly to a person's contacts.
2. Our current offerings are crafted to accommodate a broad spectrum of requirements, including up to 60,000 scans per month or up to 1,000 JoyQR codes, which typically cover extensive usage. For needs exceeding our standard offerings, we encourage exploring our enterprise tier, designed to be customized to meet your unique requirements.
3. Custom Domains: With our Pro tier, you're entitled to set up one custom domain for your QR codes. If your project requires multiple custom domains, this feature is expandable within our enterprise tier.
4. Currently, we don't offer a white-label solution. It's on our development agenda, with a tentative rollout planned for autumn 2024.
If you have any more questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Regarding the custom domains: I imagine it is one domain "mysite.com", and then every separate bio page has its own url? "mysite.com/biolink-1" etc?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer custom domains for Link in Bio pages. This feature is on our development roadmap, though I can't provide a specific timeline for its delivery just yet. The custom domains we mention are specifically for QR codes, allowing the QR code to direct to a custom URL, such as go.example.com, when scanned. This provides a more branded scanning experience. If having custom domains for Link in Bio pages is crucial for your needs, please keep an eye on our updates, as we are working to include this feature.
