Q: Logo has not finished uploading after 1 hour
Hello, I am using a logo that is 24kb and PNG file and while the preview looks great, I cannot download my finished QR as it has been stuck in UPLOADING LOGO for over an hour. I tried both with tracking and no tracking (passive) QRs and both are stuck in that loop.
If I scan the preview, it does redirect me to the desired URL, but when downloading it at a higher resolution (which I need), I get the QR code without the logo.
I tried regreshing the page and also using another browser (Chrome to Safari) and nothing. Can you please help?
