Hello i have changed my domain and my email user for the app, therfor i have acsses to the old email account. How can i also change the user in the app to be able to use it?
i don't find Desktop App (Mac, Windows, Linux). officla page https://www.jumppl.com/app do not has any link active (as welll into global footer)

The same apply to a Client Portal. please note that my web agency is online since 1999, we sell hostings and personally i work on a MacM1 with Fiber connection...so please do not reply tell me "checking the browser"
3.the official website apepar to be confue and not finisher. Apart to dead links to apps, also pages like https://www.jumppl.com/features doesn't work correctly, and most subpoint (ie: video call etc..) do not point to any description. The homepage repeat same modules over and over again
That's it for now, i i like the software concpet but if the staff will knot solve these issue fast i will apply for a refund

2) Is there any option for Data export like messages etc?
There is no limit on the storage per user, but the limits are for the overall business account.
Yes, we will be glad to extract your data when requested. you can export data from projects at the moment but there isn't an option for messages, but we can do this for you no problem

I manage a number of different businesses and would like each to have their own client portal is this possible? Or is it just one portal brand per account?
A: The client portals have one brand per business account. So you can bind a subdomain to your Client portal
Within that subdomain, you can have multiple client portals. These client portals will have their own logos aswell but the users access all your portals from the same subdomain.
Well, I noticed in your marketing, you mentioned this would be a good replacement for Clinked, but they allow you to restrict access depending on the individuals' role; will you be providing such a feature? If so, when?

Q: Is there a direct line or email I can reach to pass the bugs or not working features that me and my team are experiencing?
I've tried using the Contact form inside the Dashboard but haven't gotten any replies since 3 days ago (as of this writing).
