Q: Why was my plan changed without any notification???

I just logged in and saw that my Appsumo Tier 3 minutes were changed from 6,000 to 500, what the heck is up with that? Also, there were no notifications about this.

If this is was intentional on both the plan change, and not notifying Appsumo buyers, then I'm officially done with both you and Appsumo, really tired of things like this happening, it's so common with all "deals" now.

Q: 1080p not included?

For some reason even with the tier 1 I cannot select 1080p to export. It has the thunderbolt next to it. Confused on what the lifetime deal is? does this page need an update?

Q: Do the monthly credits refresh at a set day for everyone each month, or on the anniversary of someone joining?

A: Hey, the monthly credits refresh on the day you started our subscription. Let's say you joined on 2nd June, your credits will be refreshed on 2nd July, 2nd Aug, and so on. Hope it helps!
