Q: 1080p not included?

For some reason even with the tier 1 I cannot select 1080p to export. It has the thunderbolt next to it. Confused on what the lifetime deal is? does this page need an update?

A: Sorry for the late reply, the resolution you've exported is now 1080p after the updates. Feel free to email us if you find any further issues!

Hi, first let me mention that I have seen Jupitrr continue to innovate and appreciate the care with which Jupitrr has treated us lifetime users. Now to my question... I see there is no direct path to upgrade from a legacy Tier2 to a current 2025 Lifetime tier (tied to the pro account) but also see that my account now shows unlimited videos. Is the only difference the istock footage (which I understand costs a reasonable one time fee) or is there something else I am missing as a legacy Tier2 purchaser? I've signed up and added my audio file and no visuals are being generated on my video. Only text.. is this a bug? I cannot get through to customer support and this is urgent. I need 4 videos per day and can't even do my first one after payment
any plans to back again?
