From the beginning of December I am not able to produce any video with Jupitrr. Whatever I try, whatever browser, VPN, without VPN, it just does not start any process. I tried to get in touch with Jupitrr and got sometimes some reply but never any solution. Now I am thinking they just stopped. This was my last message to them: "Still no answer!!! Two months and still not functioning! Jupitrr just does not work! Whatever video I try to upload, it is not going to be processed! Please please make this a priority or I really have to file a complaint on different platforms. This is not how you should deal with clients. If it is all too much, just let me open a new account and give me Tier 2 Appsumo on that account. But please come with a solution."
