Support has been excellent, but I've only had to deal with support because the bank feeds don't work properly. Sometimes transactions are imported in Canadian dollars, sometimes in American dollars, with no particular reason as to why it switches back and forth. This is a big problem, and creates a lot of extra work. They have been unable to solve this, and it has been occurring intermittently since I bought the product. I would not currently recommend this product.
Issues connecting with bank, not intuitive, it took so long to figure out we passed the refund period. We went back to QuickBooks for easy and flawless accounting. A lifetime deal isn’t good if the product is adding more time to the workload
You can get more done with excel than with Kashoo. The product is extremely basic, actually basic is advanced for what it is capable of. The system does nothing more than 1+1=2 and then pull a report on that data.
Do not for one moment think that you are going to get assistance from their support. They simply point out that you get what you get and they not going to help with anything else. They have 500 excuses for each question and send you links up links to keep you reading, while your blood is boiling!
If you have time to waste and you are selling empty boxes, then I guess you might find use from this joke of a system.
Message from the support team: "Thanks for your message. Our technical team is aware of this decimal point rounding issue and are looking further into it. We don't, however, have an eta of when this will be resolved and fixed." Not sure how to use it with all decimal points rounding off,--- 11.56 to 12.00 this will break my entire accounting system. Sorry to say was just a waste of time trying to learn to use it.

What a headache

Broken software - decimal round off issue
