AppSumo needs to crack down on these deals that promise a bunch then roll them back when they realise they can't sustain their promises. There's been a string of these AI credit based deals that just trap us in, then start modal popping up to upgrade / buy more credits. It puts AppSumo at risk of court cases too for selling this stuff.

We were duped. Excluded from video generation. The image generation is still rubbish and lacks consistency across frames. So at this stage of ai, it is unuseable. This was a total waste of money and the deal has aged very badly. Same with synthesis, sumolings are exluded from new features. Appsumo should look into this and ensure founders stop taking advantage of us this way.

I'm glad I don't leave reviews immediately; instead, I take my time. This platform has changed significantly over time. In some cases, they have improved their features, and we, the SUMOlings, benefit by getting more for the one-time payment. In this instance, there have been many changes. Unfortunately, my Tier 2 does not include the video features, but that's fine since the credit prices are affordable and the quality of the product is excellent. I’m a happy customer and can use the full credits every month. I particularly enjoy how the storyboards illustrate everything I enter in the prompt section. For those who bought this platform, my suggestion is to try again and utilize the new features. They work; you just need to use them and learn how to improve the process to achieve the best output.put

Hi, Katalist Storytelling is one of the many tools that I have bought from Appsumo as an investment to use it for when I might need it. I bought a TIER 2 with 1000 credits. And now when I enter to use it I see that they have only given me with the TIER 2 250 credits as if I had bought the TIER 1 although in its own application it says that I have a TIER 2 of APPSUMO. That's a scam. They haven't added anything new since it was bought so they have only come to APPSUMO to steal our money. What can you APPSUMO do now for us? As you save, do you defend my rights as a PLUS buyer, trusting that you also take care of our interests? I am buying less and less at APPSUMO because it is not the first time that this has happened to us. What a shame that APPSUMO is losing users to scammers like this. Improve the contracts you make with your salespeople so that this does not happen.

Tier 2 doesn't map to the pro plan, unfortunately. Some features have now also been removed. It really is a shame. No more user styles, or animation or voiceover, or video. Terrible.
