Q: PREVIOUS PURCHASE AND OPEN TICKET
Kindly explain to me why my previous purchase is showing as free plan on my account dashboard.
I currently have an open ticket that says the following. "Hey, before I tack on more codes, could you please clarify what happened to my previous account and why its showing free plan? Thank you. Also find attached, the invoice for the initial purchase."
