Q: Why is it in Arabic?
I have waited in anticipation for the new launch I saw that was slated for January 1, 2026.
It looks like the there is a redesign, but it's in Arabic.
How do we get back on our LTD accounts, and in English?

Still, when I click on Login on the main site in English it goes back to an Arabic sign in. Even with autopopulating my credentials, it doesn't know me. How do I get back on?
