Great idea, poor customer support
I noticed some major irregularities in how stocks are ranked/evaluated depending on which exchange they are listed. The same stock listed on two different exchanges (NYSE and TSX) could have completely different recommendations and rankings, even though the only difference between them is an exchange rate. This is concerning, and calls into question the robustness of the analysis being performed.
They claim they will respond within 24 hours, but its been nearly a week now and no response. Disappointing, as this product looked promising.

Feb 13, 2026Hi — thanks for calling this out, and sorry we missed your message. We’ve been receiving a very high volume of requests lately, but you’re right to expect a timely reply.
On the ranking differences: our non-U.S. market expansion (including TSX) was an early/beta release last week. For some dual-listed / cross-listed names, the listings can pull from different data feeds / fundamentals snapshots / currency normalization paths, which can lead to inconsistent scores even when the underlying company is the same.
We’re working on an extra layer so multiple listings map to the same normalized company profile and the signals/rankings stay aligned. Thanks again for the feedback — it’s exactly the kind of issue we’re tightening up as we scale international coverage.
Thanks,
Kai
