I had booked a call with their team to resolve some issues I was having with the implementation - they did not show up either time, but proceeded to send me multiple sales emails about other products.

This was an excellent service, but since the beginning of the year, I cannot log in anymore. It's not a general issue (I tried with a test account), so I assume they block my lifetime account to avoid having to serve it further. Several messages to their support were left unanswered.

I am not a tech person so at first all this was very confusing to me. But I have read about the importance of deliverability, etc and this is evem more important as we launch different products and services under different sub brands.

So yeah, I starting using the product and my first impression was that this is a polished product - did not feel like a new experimental site.

But I soon started seeing the technical stuff come up and I thought.. Gosh.. I don't understand any of this - and to my delight - the support was fast and efficient.

I am happy to recommend this product and the team - I believe they will continue to make this product even better and better in time.

I can definitely see why everyone's praising KDMarc - setting up is a breeze and everythings working well. This is going to come in handy for making sure my domains have authenticity behind work emails.

As any business operator would understand, especially one running an online business, it's important to make sure that our emails land in people's inboxes. And it doesn't help that there are people out there looking to spoof our domains and have their spammy or malicious emails pass off as ours. The potential reduction is user trust and the likelihood that more of our emails get flagged as spam are real.

I am encouraged by what KDMARC has to offer and hope that it will lessen our pain in the weeks and months to come.
