After 1 year I thought that the problem with redeeming the codes was fixed and I bought it. After checking all platform and no codes working, I asked to customer support why I can't add my appsumo codes. They asked me for the codes, then they disappeared after my 2 bump-ups. I really liked the presentation but...I think I will ask for a refund :( It's like they are not interested onthe clients.
I can say that redeeming the codes and trying to log in has been an awful experience. I followed instructions and use Google Chrome, Google Chrome incognito and Firefox, and Firefox incognito and I was not able to apply my codes. After using my mobile device I was finally able to apply my codes but to my surprise, a message appeared telling me that the codes were wrong.
Once everything was settle and try to login to my account to test it and of course, I was not unable because the login button is not working.
I really tried to put a good face to all the problems I faced, but this is ridicoulous.
Sorry but 1 taco to this product. Was not even able to test it.

Not a good start, cannot login despite trying on 3 different browsers to setup a new account and redeem my appsumo codes. All other links on the keepsolid site are working, but when I place the codes in the redeem box on the keepsolid site nothing happens?
I have raised a support ticket with appsumo as I am thinking of bailing on this one, I am not getting good initial vibes, I asked some other questions and the responses didn't fill me with confidence. Only server in US for a global audience? won't state uptime figures? won't outline backup recovery model process as secret? Task dependency on roadmap hmmm... my spidey sense seems to be tingling with this one :(
Been using Keepsolid Goals for about a month now and at the beginning I spent the time to setup my goals, tasks and learnt how to use it. From the get-go I thought it was "not fully baked" but saw their roadmap and thought that it will be getting better soon (Appsumo price was too good to pass too). HOWEVER, in the past 10 days or so I tried to log in several times and kept getting "Server maintenance. Please, try again later" First few times I was ok with that but I don't think it's cool or acceptable anymore. To me, if I put all my tasks and projects in a tool or a service, I expect it to be available AT ALL TIMES. Availability is the most important ability! Needless to say, I will ask for a refund :(

Good, not great with server issues
