Q: How secure are the videos?
If I make videos for paid courses but upload the videos on YouTube, will they be safe and secure from unpaying people? Can I list the videos on YouTube as private/unlisted and still embed on a course via KillerPlayer? Or do the videos have to be Public? How's the safety against downloading the videos or sending the links of the videos to others?

Don't make them Public (obviously), but avoid Private too, because Private completely blocks embedding. Unlisted keeps them hidden from YouTube searches and your public channel feed, but still allows them to be embedded into your course.
To lock it down, you must use KillerPlayer’s Domain Lock (Domain Whitelisting) feature. This ensures the videos will only play on your specific course website. Even if someone manages to extract the video link or embed code and shares it, the video won't load for anyone outside your approved domain.
The Unlisted + Domain Lock combo provides highly effective, industry-standard protection for premium courses.

"As a fellow user, I highly recommend this setup. I host my instructional videos on YouTube (unlisted) and run them through KillerPlayer. The security features are impressive, effectively blocking downloads and copying. I'm using Tier 1 right now and plan to upgrade soon. It’s a solid choice for anyone creating online courses."
Hey, thank you so much for the shout-out! It’s awesome to hear that the Unlisted + KillerPlayer setup is keeping your course content locked down and secure.
We built this specifically to give creators elite protection without the massive hosting fees, so knowing Tier 1 is already delivering for you means a lot. Can't wait to have you on the higher tiers when you're ready to scale.
