Q: Video language on YouTube

It is already common on YouTube to be able to choose the audio language.

1) Can I select the language? Since many videos are set by default in another language (which is not the language I want to hear)?

2) Is it possible to select the start and end time, or will it always be the full length of the video?

As far as I understand, domain lock will pretend us from embedding the video we have embedded on our domain, could not be embedded elsewhere, right? But hey, to embed Youtube Videos with killerplayer, they need to be "not privat" on Youtube. This means, everybody could embed the same video in just the Youtube style. This works well, but is there no way to categorize the videos I upload? (folders/projects/tags/ect) 3. Can I get a direct link to a video or can I just use the embed code? Thanks
