Is that specifically for those who bought the Tier 1? If Sumolings purchase the tier 3 plan will they receive updates to the Business Plan? It only seems right if you're investing more into the Kimola Cognitive company and it's growth.

The potential growth may contribute to limitations (based on plans) and the deal term specifically states "All future Standard Plan updates".

We might say “we only have this for x packages” some day, since those features might come to a huge cost for us too! This is always a possibility but we have never offered in app purchases before and our style is to offer packages based on the query count & custom model...
Was this matter rectified? Did you ever receive a response from their team regarding the Business Plan updates? I, too, purchased Tier 3 and fully support your requests.
Hey there and no I did not. I don't see why they believe this isn't a concern moving forward. A few products have changed their plans moving forward and certain features weren't available based on the tier structured offer here on Appsumo.
I am going to contact their support team. I may be refunding after my 60 days. Feel free to rely if you have heard or hearing anything.

Agencies get Tier-3 to create different custom models and label their data.
We’re working on PDF reports right now, I believe it wll be live in 3 weeks. We keep improving the tool constantly.
