Still shows “Powered by KingSumo” on Pro plan. Branding issue, support not responding
I upgraded to the Pro plan, because the plan description says that branding should be removed or replaced with custom branding. However, even on the Pro plan I still see “Powered by KingSumo” at the bottom of the giveaway page.
Is this a bug?
Is the branding supposed to disappear later?
Or does the Pro plan actually not remove the KingSumo footer?
I contacted support but haven’t received any reply for a long time, which is unusual, because normally KingSumo support is very fast.
It would be great to get a clear answer about how branding actually works on the Pro plan.

The idea is great, the app doesn't make it
I upgraded to the paid app. I have had several issues with it and have reported these to the help desk. The response is very slow, and the issues continue.
I love the concept. Now we need it to work as advertised.

Limited on contest types
For a single contest type this is a good deal, we’re working out different options to get to the form via gateways for keyword type contests.

Sorry, too many requests
Can't login can't do anything " Sorry, too many requests" in the middle of multiple campaigns
API super Limited has been many years they haven't added web hooks the simplest thing in the world I'm sure it's to force you into using send box another mediocre product. but hey it kinda does what it's intended to rarely ever does it actually bring in more people than your original audience but worth a shot I guess. Plus since you can't get rid of their branding it's great for them
